Depending on the size of the project aipart-payment may be required.
4 Now’s the time to sign, date and return the estimate·quotation by email or mail. Discussion and review can be made, if required.
h Research and Design
5 The R+D work begins.
If, during any stage of the design process, disbursements are made to the brief and, hence, the signed estimate·quotation is null and void, you will be notified immediately of the estimate·quotation changes. Once agreed upon, the project can recommence.
6 Concepts are presented to you, the client.
7 We review together in person, by email or mail and revisions and alterations are made, if desired.
8 The updated presentation, if required, is sent to you, the client, for final
sign-off.
h Penultimate
9 There are two possible endings to the project :
9a If you want amalgam essaybee to organise print production, this will be carried out.
9b If you, the client, want to organise production yourself, a CD/DVD of the finished work can be provided or a digital folder of the work uploaded to wherever.
h The ending
10 Remittance is now required … unless we have come to another payment arrangement.
11 Depending on which ending you choose, a CD/DVD/digital upload or your print will be delivered to you.
